Elmer Fudd, Bugs Bunny
MEDIUM: Acrylic on Canvas
IMAGE SIZE: 22" x 28"
SIGNED: Randy Martinez
SKU: CCV3355
ABOUT THE IMAGE: This original acrylic painting is inspired by the iconic Looney Tunes short "What's Opera, Doc?" which was directed by the legendary Chuck Jones. The 1957 film was part of the Warner Bros. Merrie Melodies series. The story features Elmer chasing Bugs through a parody of 19th-century classical composer Richard Wagner's operas, particularly Der Ring des Nibelungen (The Ring of the Nibelung), Der Fliegende Holländer (The Flying Dutchman), and Tannhäuser. An additional signature and remarqued illustration of Bugs Bunny can be found on the back of this piece.
